Alan joined the team in 2012 as the Principal and Chief Estimator, bringing over 30 years of experience in construction. He has an in-depth knowledge for estimating, budgets, cost analysis, and value engineering. His expertise covers a wide range of projects, from new construction, high-end interiors, data centers, healthcare, hospitality, retail and corporate offices. He holds a BSc Degree in Construction Economics and Quantity Surveying.

Chris is a talented and seasoned construction management executive with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in pre-construction services, value engineering, budgeting, design build, master scheduling and implementation. during his career he has constructed some of largest and logistically/technically complex projects in the tri-state area. He has also performed many projects around the country including LA, Chicago and Las Vegas. Chris started his career as a carpenter while in college and has filled many other roles including superintendent, project manager, project executive and director of construction giving him a well-rounded base of experience.
